Have You Changed?

I have been cleaning out my office and found some of my senior pictures. And was curious if you thought I had changed? It's crazy to think of all the stupid things I have done. Yup your mom and dad usually do know(ha ha). I wouldn't say I have made a lot of mistakes. But I have had MANY learning experiences, I only consider choices mistakes if you don't take them and learn and grow form them. Anyway there is a mini trip down memory lane, and what a good one!

It's Done!!!

So as most of you know we have been trying to slowly transform this house from the Bloods old house(the only previous owners) to the Barclay's! It has been a lot of late nights and family help!

I ended up doing most of the electrical(John couldn't fit in the attic space).
Our floors, we had to glue and tape each piece down.

John was working 13 hour days and me being so rude he's been going on very little sleep. We've been blessed with both of our parents help along with people in between. So thanks again, and believe it or not I can't wait to start the next project!

Little Kaydence Update- She is now rolling over (only on her terms) She gurgles, and has the highest pitch sounds ever, her new favorite toy is a toothbrush, she can scoot backwards on our new hardwood floor, and can really get her Jumper bouncing! She cut her first tooth on about the 14th. And nursing is not a treat! She has a new Highchair and loves the new views it has given her, She loves peas, and butter nut squash, but has decided to not eat her cereal anymore. She likes to drink out of cups( but she isn't very good at it). And is more aware of everything everyday!

Party Time!

Ok I know a lot of you have already seen or even bought Usborne Books, but I'm going to have a party at my house on the 18th, it's a Thursday!! So anyone is invited, it is going to be at 6:00pm. And to all my out of town friends and fam the website is www.ubah.com/x2967 I'll let my host know your buying for my show ;). We will also have pampered chef items. So please come!!! If you need my address e-mail, or call cause who knows what blog goober will come if I put my address on here! Kaydence loves her books,but there are lots of books for toddlers to. If all else fails and times are to tough to but books, or cooking items come and have some good treats!! My house is under construction right now, but I'm planning on it being done, but if it's not I'll change where the party will be.

The Pony Ride!

My dad, brother, and cousin, found these mini pony/horses. They each got one, so I have adopted the one my dad got, for Kaydence. They are still young and very wild, but I got this picture of it. Honestly I don't know if it's a boy or girl or if it even has a name. But it matches the rocking horse she got for Christmas. She rides it almost every day( we're praticing for her big girl pony, Ha Ha). Her balance is getting better every day. So we were able to get these pictures of just her and her pony today. I had to get out her cowgirl hat for these, even if she is wearing pink leggins!

So when I found out we were having a girl I was so excited, one of the reasons being the fun dress up opertunities, and playing with her hair. I just assumed she'd be born with lots of hair. I had tons of hair when I was born and my mom did and so on so forth. Well I didn't think about the fact that a lot of my cousins were bald until they were two and the Barclay side of things weren't a lot better. Ha ha. So when we got our little one I was a little sad that she just had a few sprigs. But it is coming in so good. And getting quite a bit darker to. So we put our first curler in today. she liked it more as a chew toy than for her head so it took a minute fir her to leave it there long enough for me to get some hair spray on it. But we are so excited that this day is here.
